Ben 10: Alien Force - The Complete Guide Book Review
About the Book: When his grandpa Max goes missing, fifteen -year old Ben Tennyson finds himself back in the hero business. Strapping on his Omnitrix, which allows him to change into different aliens, Ben teams up with his friends Gwen and Kevin, and together, the three of them set out to locate Max. Along the way, they find new half-alien allies and a new foe: the Highbreed and their DNAlien servants, who are joined by the alien arms dealers known as the Forever Knights
Our Take: Ben 10 is one of those rare great original cartoons that has come up in the past few years. Alien Force is the newest incarnation of that show. Now, a few one called Ultimate Alien is about to premiere on Cartoon Network, so I thought that we would take a look at this great guide to Alien Force.
The Complete Guide features images and brief bios on all of the Alien Force characters. This isn't so necessary on many cartoons, but Ben 10 is different. There are SO many different aliens and variations on characters that you almost need this book just to keep it straight! This serves as a great refresher and a fun read for any kid that is into the show. The first few pages have character models and the subsequent pages feature screen captures with the lesser known ones.
This book is full of great information and backround on the appearances of the various aliens and humans in Ben 10's world. I highly recommend this for any kid that digs the show or is interested in watching.
