The book also includes gluten-free and soy-free recipes. With over 75 recipes suitable for one or to wow a crowd, and gorgeous color photos throughout, Vegan Brunch is the ultimate cookbook for the most important meal of the day.
Our Take: Here at the Book Legion, we love Vegan food! My wife and I have been vegetarians for years, and we event went full Vegan for awhile, but its sometimes a little too strict of a diet for us. That being said, we greatly enjoy Vegan food and eat it often. We're always looking for great new Vegan cookbooks.
