  • Our Take: Isa Chandra Moskowitz is at it again!  She wrote the Veganomicon and Vegan Brunch....and now we get Vegan Cookies Invade Your Cookie Jar!   She joins co-author Terry Hope Romero to bring us some great new Vegan cookie recipes.

I know that everyone loves cookies.  Its just a fact.  You LOVE COOKIES!  You know that you do.  Only, we all want to watch our weight, at least to some degree.  Enter the Vegan cookie.  Its an amazing little invention that generally lowers the fat content drastically.  Now, if you haven't had proper Vegan cooking, maybe you don't dig it.  These recipes are the real deal.  My wife and I selected several of them to try out and we whipped up some delicious cookies.

The recipes in the book are very easily laid out and not difficult to follow.  Most of the recipes even include a "morsels" tidbit that gives you an extra tip, such as how to make the recipe even more healthy for you.  This is a great little book to add to your recipes.  Our taste buds, and our guts, highly recommend it!
